Doctors Medical Center Hosts Leadership Modesto for Healthcare Day

Doctors Medical Center was proud to welcome Leadership Modesto – Class of 2023 – to our hospital for Healthcare Day.

The group learned about hospital operations and the services we provide to the community. They received a hospital tour which included the rooftop helipad, catheterization lab, neuroscience and stroke center, and presentations from leadership. Thank you to Leadership Modesto for spending the day with us.

Leadership Modesto, a program of the Modesto Chamber of Commerce, aims to identify and foster new and potential Modesto leaders through a hands on, ten-month program that instills the knowledge and understanding of the many facets of community life and leadership.

Leadership Modesto program themes include: an introduction to local government, community services, education (K-12 and higher), healthcare, working with the media, arts and culture, and land use policy and agriculture.
