As a key member of your health care team, the Nurse Navigator will help facilitate communication with your medical team and advocate for you during every phase of treatment. From coordinating tests and services to providing information and education, the Nurse Navigator is dedicated to you, helping you track and get to appointments, manage side effects, and ensure that your questions and concerns on clinical issues are addressed and resolved.
