Doctors Medical Center has hit the midpoint of its annual DMCfit Biggest Loser Challenge, which encourages employees to focus on healthy living.

35 teams and more than 330 employees have joined forces to make the commitment to live happier, healthier lives.

DMC Modesto Biggest Loser participantsThe free, 12-week program promotes wellness and healthy living. There are three weigh-ins throughout the competition, and success is based on body percentage of weight lost. There is definitely a strong sense of camaraderie with this competition.”
