DMC Employee Receives National Tenet Healthcare Award

Our Employee Engagement Coordinator at Doctors Medical Center, Florife Nichols, has been named Volunteer of the Year by Tenet Healthcare for her incredible efforts during our Cereal Drive held over the summer.

Florife went above and beyond making this year’s drive at Doctors Medical Center a success. Thanks to her efforts and the generosity of our employees, DMC collected 3,425 pounds of cereal (34,250 servings) and $2,722 for Second Harvest of the Greater Valley, all of which will help local children and families in need.

Florife organized numerous events to help engage our employees in the Cereal Drive including our Dunk N Donate event, Churros for Cheerios and Cornhole for Cornflakes. We are so proud of Florife and this wonderful accomplishment!

The annual Healthy Over Hungry Cereal Drive is a company-wide initiative that takes place at all Tenet facilities around the country.
