Lions Club Serves 1,000 Meals to Doctors Medical Center Employees

Employees at Doctors Medical Center were treated to delicious meals, thanks to a group of local Lions Club members.

Representatives from five Lions Clubs in Stanislaus County barbequed on-site and provided 1,000 meals to the teams at Doctors Medical Center on Friday, May 8, 2020. They said they wanted to extend some love and gratitude to the hardworking men and women in the healthcare field. One club member even played tunes on his trumpet while employees received their food.

The timing was perfect for this incredibly generous offer with Nurses Week on May 6-12 and Hospital Week on May 10-16.
