Misty Oglesby was appointed as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) of Doctors Medical Center in May 2023. She is responsible for all nursing and designated patient care functions within Doctors Medical Center including assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating nursing practice.

Misty joined Doctors Medical Center from Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Division in Pennsylvania where she served as CNO of Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital and Regional Chief Nursing Officer for First Choice Staffing, Centralized Bed Planning and Transfer Center, Nursing Education, Pharmacy and EMS, covering five hospitals in two states. Prior to her time with Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, Misty served as Service Line Nurse Administrator at Mayo Clinic Florida and Nurse Manager at UF Health Jacksonville.

Misty earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Phoenix and is currently working to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.
