Joe Garcia was appointed as Associate Administrator at Doctors Medical Center in December 2022.

As Associate Administrator, Joe develops management objectives for various hospital departments and monitors results. He coordinates activities within various departments and helps resolve issues with department leads. Joe also assists administration with special projects, and with short and long-term strategic planning.

Prior to this role, Joe served as Market Director of Respiratory Services for our three Central Valley hospitals. He has been with Doctors Medical Center for nearly 30 years, serving in various roles in our respiratory department including manager and director.

Joe is a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner. He is a member of the American Association for Respiratory Care and the California Society for Respiratory Care. Joe also serves as a Respiratory Subject Matter Expert for our Tenet home office, as well as a Respiratory Advisory Member.
