Cancer Support Group

Are you feeling frightened? Angry? Sad? Confused? Overwhelmed? Isolated? These are the normal feelings experienced by people living with a cancer diagnosis.

We invite you to take part in a newly designed Cancer Support Group where participants can share the feelings and experiences associated with a life altering illness. Come share your thoughts about relationships, coping skills, treatment issues and/or body image.

In a warm and caring small group environment, learn about the ways in which you and others are living with cancer.

The Cancer Journey-Learning to Cope

Doctors Medical Center proudly hosts a cancer education series designed for adults with cancer and their family members and friends to address issues and concerns experienced with cancer. This series will assist the participants to increase their knowledge about the disease, treatment, nutrition, pain, physical activity, positive attitude and skills.

Together, we believe that by providing education, support and resources, there will be an understanding of what may lay ahead, promoting more positive outcomes.

We encourage you to attend this free program.
