Modesto, CA – February 6, 2008 – Doctors Medical Center announced today that is has reached an agreement with CIGNA Corporation (NYSE: CI). Doctors Medical Center is part of a national agreement entered into by its parent company, Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC).

The new, multi-year agreement means that Doctors Medical Center and its outpatient services will remain part of the CIGNA network. This will give people in the area who are covered by CIGNA continued access to the hospital and its services at their in-network benefit level.
