Osteoarthritis can hinder our activities. Even the simple act of walking down the street can be painful.

Sports injuries, falls, or just reptitive motion can cause osteoarthritis and wear out joints.

Discussions will cover the caustes of arthritis in the knees and hips, nutrition, management and minimally invasive surgical treatment options.
