Board Certified or Board Eligible emergency specialists staff the Emergency Department on a 24-hour basis. Nursing staff is trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Trauma Nursing Core Curriculum.
Our General, Specialty and Trauma Surgeons provide 24-hour coverage, providing our patients with access to these on-call specialists. Trauma Services is organized to provide quality care to the critically injured patient from the time of entry into the hospital to the time of discharge or transfer. All trauma patients have access to specialists, both surgical and non-surgical, to facilitate their rapid and full recovery from injuries.
