| DMC Reaches Agreement with Aetna |

Doctors Medical Center of Modesto announced today that it has reached a four-year agreement with Aetna that includes the hospital being included in the network for Aetna’s health maintenance organization (HMO), Aetna HealthFund® and PPO products. The new agreement will be effective July 1, 2007.
This new agreement means that Doctors Medical Center of Modesto will return to the Aetna network after three years as a non-participating facility. This will give the people in the area who are covered by the Aetna plans access to the hospital and its services as their in-network benefit level.
“We look forward to serving the patients who are members of Aetna health plans,” says Denny Litos, chief executive officer of Doctors Medical Center of Modesto. “Our hospital will offer these patients a wide array of programs and services designed to meet their health care needs including our nationally recognized coronary interventional programs.”
