MODESTO, CA – July 15, 2002 – Doctors Medical Center is pleased to announce that Jay Krishnaswamy Photo has been named Director, Clinical Process Improvement. In this role, Jay will oversee the performance of the following departments: Case Management, Quality, Social Services, Infection Control, and Clinical Trials. "Jay's prior experience, extensive knowledge of healthcare quality assurance, and his excellent customer service skills, make him the ideal person for this role," said Tim Joslin, Chief Executive Officer of Doctors Medical Center and Doctor's Hospital of Manteca.
Prior to joining the DMC team, Jay was Senior Quality Consultant for Kaiser Permanente of the Northern California Market. He has a Master of Business Administration Degree specializing in Health Care Administration and is currently completing his M.S. Health Services Research degree.
